Terms of ServiceBlockCore

1. General

By purchasing from the BlockCore Store, you agree to these Terms. BlockCore 

is an independent Minecraft server and is not affiliated with Mojang Studios, 

Microsoft, or Minecraft.


2. Digital Products

All items sold are virtual goods delivered in-game (ranks, coins, etc.).

 They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be 

exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or resold.


3. Merchant of Record

This webstore and its checkout process are operated by Tebex Limited, who 

act as the Merchant of Record. Tebex Limited handles product fulfilment, 

billing, payment processing, and refund evaluation. For payment-related 

issues, please contact Tebex support directly via the checkout page.


4. Delivery

Items are delivered automatically to the in-game username you provide at 

checkout, immediately after successful payment.


5. Right of Withdrawal — Digital Content

By purchasing, you expressly request immediate delivery of digital content 

to your in-game account, and you acknowledge that you lose your statutory 

14-day right of withdrawal once delivery begins, in accordance with 

Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.


You confirm this consent by completing the checkout process.


6. Refund Policy

Refund requests are evaluated case-by-case by Tebex Limited as the Merchant 

of Record. BlockCore does not directly process refunds.


Refunds are typically denied in the following situations:

  • Personal dissatisfaction with a delivered item

  • Server economy resets or balance adjustments announced in advance

  • Item modifications or removals applied equally to all players

  • Account suspensions resulting from rule violations

  • Items delivered to a username the customer entered incorrectly


Refunds remain available in mandatory cases under EU law, including but 

not limited to: non-delivery, technical failure on our side preventing 

delivery, unauthorised payments, and other circumstances required by 

applicable consumer protection law.


7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username at checkout. 

Items delivered to a username entered incorrectly by the customer cannot be 

re-issued, as our delivery obligation has been fulfilled in good faith.


8. Server Rules & Suspensions

Purchases do not exempt you from server rules. Account suspensions or bans 

resulting from rule violations (cheating, harassment, griefing, exploiting, 

etc.) do not entitle you to a refund of any associated purchases. Suspended 

accounts retain their purchases and regain access if the suspension ends.


9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We strongly recommend contacting Tebex support before opening a chargeback 

or payment dispute. Most issues can be resolved directly without involving 

your bank.


If a chargeback is opened and ruled in our favour, the associated account 

may be banned from future purchases on the BlockCore Store. Filing 

fraudulent chargebacks (claiming a transaction was unauthorised when it 

was made by you) is illegal in most jurisdictions and may be reported to 

the relevant authorities.


10. Changes to Products & Service

BlockCore reserves the right to modify pricing, perks, package contents, 

or remove items from sale. Such changes apply prospectively (to future 

purchases) and do not affect already-completed purchases retroactively, 

except where changes apply equally to all players (e.g. server-wide 

balance changes).


11. Availability

We do not guarantee continuous server uptime or permanent access to any 

feature. Reasonable downtime for maintenance does not entitle the customer 

to a refund.


12. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated. Material changes will be communicated through 

the store or our Discord server. Continued use of the store after changes 

take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


13. Dispute Resolution

EU consumers have access to the Online Dispute Resolution platform at 

https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr for resolving disputes with online 

merchants.
